I land at Jeddah after midnight. Will a driver be there?
Yes. We work around the clock. Send us your flight number and the driver tracks it, so an early or delayed landing is no problem.
Is the fare fixed?
Yes. We quote one price per vehicle for the whole journey before you confirm. There are no meters and no extra charges for luggage.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
Nothing changes for you. The driver follows your flight and waits for the actual landing time.
Where will the driver meet me?
At the arrivals exit of your terminal. We send the meeting point and the driver’s number before you land.
Can you arrange child seats or a wheelchair?
Tell us when you book and we will arrange a child seat or a vehicle with room for a folding wheelchair, subject to availability.
