I land at Jeddah after midnight. Will a driver be there?

Yes. We work around the clock. Send us your flight number and the driver tracks it, so an early or delayed landing is no problem.

Is the fare fixed?

Yes. We quote one price per vehicle for the whole journey before you confirm. There are no meters and no extra charges for luggage.

Can we stop at the Miqat to enter ihram?

Yes. On the Madinah to Makkah route we stop at Dhul Hulayfah (Abyar Ali). From Makkah we can take you to Masjid Aisha (Taneem) or Ji’ranah.

Do you have vehicles for large families and groups?

Yes. Seven-seat vans and SUVs for families, the Toyota Hiace for up to 11 and the Toyota Coaster for up to 18. Larger groups can book several vehicles together.

How do I pay?

Cash and bank transfer are both possible. We confirm the payment method with you when you book.

Can you arrange child seats or a wheelchair?

Tell us when you book and we will arrange a child seat or a vehicle with room for a folding wheelchair, subject to availability.
